  1. How do we apply for coverage?
    It's easy! Complete the application below. Fax the application and loss runs to Oak Creek Insurance Agency at 1-800-440-2378. We can usually have the quote for you within a few days.
  2. What information is required for a quote?
  3. Are there minimum premiums?
    Yes...our policies are subject to minimum premiums as follows:
    $300,000. Limit, $660 minimum premium.
    $500,000. Limit, $820 minimum premium.
    $1,000,000. Limit, $1,135 minimum premium.
  4. Is your Program admitted?
    We provide admitted and non-admitted carriers.
  5. Are your rates competitive?
    The coverages we offer through our program are not only very broad, but very reasonably priced.
  6. Is CCC important? I have $100,000 in coverage on my current policy, isn't that enough?
    CCC is property in the PCO's care custody and control belonging to their customer. It could be an oriental rug, a shelf of Hummel figures, valuable antiques, or mainframe computers and their data. All of these items may be valued at well over $100,000. Be safe, our policies can include this valuable coverage to the full occurrence limit you choose.
  7. Is Sudden And Accidental Pollution Coverage Important?
    Yes, most pest control policies rely only on the Pesticide Herbicide Endorsement (CG2264) to provide coverage at the jobsite. Some have even followed our lead by offering Automobile Pollution Transit Coverage; but when faced with an unexpected pollution hazard, not on the road or at the jobsite, PCOpro provides Sudden and Accidental Pollution Coverage.
  8. Is Site Pollution Clean Up Available?
    Yes, We can provide Site Pollution Clean Up Coverage in most states to protect your company against Governmental Mandated clean up costs.
  9. Is Termite Treatment sublimited?
    No, Termite Treatment is covered as a completed operation to the full occurrence limit.
  10. Are Termite Baiting Systems covered?
    Yes, We believe in providing coverage for new, proven technology.
  11. Is Integrated Pest Management (IPM) covered?
    Yes, In our chemical sensitive society it is wise to use all means available, including low tech common sense solutions which are the cornerstone of IPM.
  12. Is Auto, Property & Inland Marine coverage available?

    Yes, it is in many states. Call for details.
  14. If pesticides leak or spill from a container on my vehicle, do I have coverage?
    Yes! Most other policies will only cover this type of claim if the vehicle is involved in a collision or overturn! Our auto transit pollution endorsement covers for leaks and spills of pesticides regardless of a collision or overturn!! This is very important coverage and should be taken very seriously.
